A note on Licensing
I’m currently working on 2 more fruit pattern tutorials for you so that you can build out a mini collection with them. In terms of copyright and licensing, I remain the copyright holder for the motifs and the patterns I am making in the videos, but you have my permission to sell whatever patterns you make using them in places like Spoonflower or Redbubble as long as you’ve made it your own in some way by changing the layout, the size and the colours.
Do bear in mind that you won’t be able to license it anywhere under any kind of exclusive terms because the motifs, the artwork within the patterns have been used first used here by me in this video and also will be used by multiple other artists as well as you and you could wind up in trouble if you’ve told your buyer they are buying an exclusive design and then they see those motifs in someone else’s art somewhere!
